DIY Upgrade Package for 2" blades

This kit includes 2 Standard Complete Retrofits for 2" blades and 2 Complete Super Drip systems.

The complete retro fit can be welded in place of your current guide system.

There are 8 areas of adjustment for your roller guide so fine tuning is a snap. The guide itself measures 2”o.d. and is case hardened and contains two greasable bearings for long running life.

This system requires welding into place.

Blade lubrication is a must in any sawmilling application. This universal blade lubrication system can be added to most any sawmill.

This system allows for a metered amount of lubricant (we recommend one drip per second) to soak into the felt as the felt wipes against the blade applying the lubricant.

Lubricants are expensive and since this system doesn't simply pour or spray lubricant constantly, it will quickly pay for itself.

• Lubricates blade with a felt block
• Uses less lubricant than any drip or spray system
