26" Band Wheel Sawmill Head Mega DIY Kit

- The Cooks band wheels are ground true with the crown ground into the face of the wheel for correct blade tracking.

26" Band wheels can be used to run 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" Blade sizes.

- The Retrofits have 8 areas of adjustment for your roller guide so fine tuning is a snap. The guide itself measures 3”o.d. and is case hardened and contains two greasable bearings for long running life.

- Blade lubrication is a must in any sawmilling application. This universal blade lubrication system can be added to most any sawmill.

This system allows for a metered amount of lubricant (we recommend one drip per second) to soak into the felt as the felt wipes against the blade applying the lubricant.

Lubricants are expensive and since this system doesn't simply pour or spray lubricant constantly, it will quickly pay for itself.

• Lubricates blade with a felt block
• Uses less lubricant than any drip or spray system
• Weld or bolt in place
• Includes drip line, hose clamps, ball valve, sight drip valve, felt, and felt holder
• We recommend one on the incoming and outgoing sides of the log

Mega Drive Bearing Assembly

This massive piece is designed to last. Constructed of 6" round steel housed with Timken roller bearings and stressproof shaft, it is build to withstand heavy loads. 

This unit can handle band wheels up to 36" in diameter.
